I figured, rather than reinventing the wheel and writing yet another tutorial, I would gather up all of the bookmarks I have saved over the years and share them with the newcomers to our industry. So, below you will a number of resources that might just help you find the answer you are looking for.
I try to code to standards and I encourage you to learn the standards of coding and follow them to the best of your abilities. If you are serious about learning how to design websites, go to the library and read some books, check out the resources I have provided, and experiment.. the only way to learn is by doing it!
